How do I track my orders?

To track your order, check the email that was sent to you when you purchased online. You should have a tracking number available.

Just go to the USPS website tracking page and paste the tracking number for your order.

How long does it take to get my order delivered?

Your order will be delivered according to the type of shipping option that you selected upon checkout. For more information, check our Shipping Policy here.

Can I pay in installments?

USA Domestic Shipping Policy

 Shipment processing time

 All orders placed Monday to Friday until 5 pm will be processed on the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For USA domestic orders, we offer FREE SHIPPING for purchases totaling U$500 or more. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 Customs, Duties and Taxes

Brazil Fashion Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 Damages

Brazil Fashion Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
We do not accept returns after purchase for the following items. Please, select your pieces carefully. All sales are final. 

• We do not accept refunds or returns for white items. We do not accept returns for items missing the item label.
• Jewelry items, swimwear (bikinis and one-pieces) and lingerie are non-refundable and non-returnable. 
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
